Selena Gomez at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in L.A. on June 5.Selena wore a Giambattista Valli design which looked like a top and skirt but was actually a dress from the Spring 2011 collection. She teamed it with pearlized clutch and Casadei pumps; and some gorgeous gold earrings. Pics from Zimbio
