Nicole Richie's Elle Awards Outfit
It was her third glam event in about a week but that didn't mean there was any slacking from Nicole Richie at the Elle Women in Hollywood event on October 17 Nicole was beautiful in a long purple-blue Grecian-style gown from Douglas Hannant.
