Syarat-Syarat Umum :
1. Lomba ini terbuka untuk umum Tingkat Nasional
2. Tema : “Generasi Muslim Bergerak Mencetak Karya”
Syarat-syarat Khusus:
1. Ditulis di atas kertas ukuran A-4, diketik berjarak 1,5 spasi, huruf 12 font calibri, margin: 3333
2. Panjang askah 1011-2012 kata
3. Setiap peserta hanya boleh mengirimkan satu judul.
4. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia baik dan benar. boleh menggunakan bahasa asing, daerah, pokem, ataupun bahasa gaul dengan format italic
5. Naskah disertai biodata singkat pengarang (nama, asal, pekerjaan, No hp) dan font bebas.
sertaka lampiran: Fotokopi KTP/KTM, atau kartu keluarga(Pilih salah satu)
6. Sebelum naskah dikirim, pastikan ada medaftar dengan format di bawah ini:

Salam Positif!

Setiap orang pernah gagal, tetapi kegagalan bukan akhir segalanya. Banyak orang gagal yang kemudian bangkit dari kegagalan, lalu berhasil mencapai tujuan yang ia impikan.
Jatuh-bangun sudah menjadi rangkaian proses dalam pencapaian keberhasilan. Proses itulah yang mendewasakan kita, untuk kemudian mampu memaknai hidup yang sesungguhnya berharga.

Lalu bagaimana cara untuk bangkit? Banyak orang terjatuh, kemudian makin terpuruk dalam kegagalannya. Banyak orang yang tidak menemukan cara untuk berdiri dari jatuhnya. Banyak orang kehilangan alasan untuk melanjutkan perjuangan.

Motivasi. Itulah yang kita butuhkan untuk memecut kembali semangat agar mampu meneruskan perjuangan. Motivasi akan mengisi kembali pundi-pundi asa dalam jiwa, sehingga akhirnya kita mampu mencapai tujuan dan bertahan ketika kembali terjatuh di perjalanan.

Mengingat pentingnya motivasi bagi pribadi seseorang, maka kami, segenap panitia mengajak semua teman untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam AUDISI MOTIVASI MINI memperingati 2 tahun berdirinya Percetakan Muslim Sukses Barokah (PMSB). Kami sadar, melalui motivasi dari teman-temanlah, PMSB dapat bertahan dalam kerasnya persaingan.

Untuk itu, melalui Audisi Motivasi Mini ini mari kita berbagi motivasi yang menginspirasi sesama, agar tidak ada yang tidak bisa bangkit dari kegagalannya. Lewat kata, kita tunjukkan kepedulian kita!

Persyaratan :
§  Peserta adalah anggota grup Percetakan Muslim Sukses Barokah atau PMSB (untuk yang belum menjadi anggota, silakan bergabung dengan mendaftarkan diri di link http://www.facebook.com/groups/119116734832663/)
§  Motivasi dikirim dalam bentuk file word (*.doc) sebagai attachment (bukan dalam bodi email) ke email percetakanmuslim@ymail.com dengan subjek: MONI_judul motivasi_nama peserta.
§  Motivasi merupakan karya sendiri, bukan saduran atau menjiplak dari kalimat motivasi yang pernah ada.
§  Motivasi maksimal 50 kata, termasuk judul.
§  Tema bebas, asalkan mengandung pesan positif.
§  Menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, dan sesuai EYD.
§  Menyertakan biodata berisi nama asli (bukan nama pena), usia, status pekerjaan/pendidikan, nama kota tempat tinggal dan alamat, serta nama fb. Ditulis di akhir naskah (tidak dipisah).
§  Setiap peserta hanya diperbolehkan mengirimkan SATU motivasi terbaiknya.
§  Peserta wajib mentag/ copas info lomba ini ke 12 teman fb lainnya.
§  Motivasi diterima oleh panitia mulai tanggal 27 Februari 2012, dan selambat-lambatnya tanggal27 Maret 2012, pukul 23.59 Wib. Apabila pengiriman motivasi sebelum atau setelah tanggal tersebut dianggap gugur.
§  Pengumuman naskah yang lolos Insyaallah tanggal 17 April 2012.
§  Segala keputusan yang berkaitan dengan proyek ini adalah mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Hadiah:
Pemenang pertama mendapatkan Pulsa Rp. 50.000 + 1 buah buku tanda terbit.
Dua pemenang lainnya mendapatkan masing-masing 1 buah buku tanda terbit.

97 motivasi yang lolos mendapatkan discount 20% untuk pembelian buku Motivasi Mini yang akan diterbitkan secara indie, dengan syarat kontributor tidak menerima tanda terbit, dan royalty akan digunakan untuk pengembangan grup Percetakan Muslim Sukses Barokah.

Menindaklanjutin QN  di MP saya kemarin. Sehubungan dengan postingan lama saya mengenai permintaan tolong membuatkan puisi. Berharap agar tidak berkesan berlebihan, tapi pada kenyataannya baru 3 puisi yang nyantol.

Setelah melalui pertimbangan, saya putuskan untuk dijadikan lomba. Selain itu guna menyambung silahturahmi dan niat berbagi.
Tidak ada syarat khusus kok, dan saya tekankan siapapun boleh berpartisipasi.

Syaratnya : 
1.    Tema puisi: Pernikahan, bisa konsep Islami maupun umum.
2.    Panjang puisi max 2 halaman, ketik Time New Roman, Font 12, Spasi 1,5 dalam format Rtf.
3.    Kirim via email dengan judul subject : Judul puisi + penulis ke alamat ivoniezahra@gmail.com. Naskah dikirim dengan attach bukan di badan email.
4.    Hasil puisi boleh di posting di blogatau note FB masing2 tag min 20 kontak dan bisa menaruh link di komen postingan ini, menyertakan link lomba diakhir postingan.
5.    Lampirkan biodata singkat di akhir naskah secara deskriptif.
6.    Deadline naskah terhitung mulai tanggal 21 Februari - 6 Maret 2012.

TEMA: "Aktualisasikan Diri dengan Menulis"

Mulai Maret sampai Juni 2012, Cerpen Award diganti dengan FF Award, yang sama-sama akan dibukukan dalam satu buku: Antologi Cerpen, Puisi dan FF Pilihan Writing Revolution 2012.

Syarat dan Ketentuan:
1.    Terbuka untuk anggota Writing Revolution dan umum, GRATIS.
2.    Kisah yang bisa berangkat dari realitas sehari-hari yang ditambah dengan bumbu imajinasi yang ditulis dalam bentuk cerita (narasi dan dialog) yang mengalir lancar, indah dan enak dibaca.
3.    Setiap peserta hanya boleh mengikutkan 1 tulisan terbaiknya, yang belum pernah dipublikasi atau diikutkan lomba dan ditulis pada bulan.
4.    Panjang tulisan 300-600 kata atau 2-3 halaman spasi 2, jenis huruf TNR, ukuran 12, kertas A4.
5.    FF ditulis dan dipublikasikan di note/catatan FB lalu sebarkan sebanyak-banyaknya ke teman dan kenalannya. Harus mencantumkan informasi FF Award WR ini bagian bawah notenya.

Prosedur Seleksi dan Penilaian:

§  Seleksi 2 dilakukan oleh Dewan Juri yang akan menilai FF yang lolos seleksi 1 tersebut untuk menentukan satu Pemenang Utama dan dua Juara Favorit.

AUDISI FTS GOKIL: MENERTAWAKAN KEKONYOLAN DIRI SENDIRI

Syarat dan Ketentuan:
1.    Terbuka untuk umum dan anggota Writing Revolution.
2.    Tema: "Menertawakan Kekonyolan Diri Sendiri".
3.    Merupakan kisah nyata berupa kekonyolan, kegokilan, kelucuan atau "kegilaan" yang pernah dialami sendiri oleh penulis, teman/sahabat/keluarganya, yang ditulis dengan gaya bercerita (narasi dan boleh memasukan dialog) yang mengalir, menggelitik dan memberikan suatu yang bermanfaat bagi pembaca, karena kejadian itu bukan cuma lucu tapi juga memberikan pelajaran yang berguna, minimal bisa bikin yang bacanya terkekeh-kekeh, xixixi....

Abdominal fat I feel frustrated

 Everybody prefers to have a flat stomach and i mean six ABS . In addition to the unpleasant appearance resulted from excess belly fats, it may pose serious health conditions. Belly fat increases the risk of inflammation and hardening of blood vessels. Considering this, people having accumulated fats in the midsection for a prolonged duration are at a higher risk of developing diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and heart problems. Hence, it is very essential to lose stomach fats.

The chances of developing belly fats are more in people who indulge on eating excess fatty foods and drinking beers. Generally, women, following their pregnancy, tend to put on more belly fats. As far as the best ways to remove fat are concerned, there are no magic tips as such. Experts say that a specific diet plan or a particular exercise is not effective to target belly fats only. On the brighter side, stomach fats are the first to get rid of while losing weight. Let's take a look on how to remove stomach fat.

How to Get Rid of Stomach Fat

As per statistics, about 99 percent of individuals who have lost weight successfully, lose stomach fat prior to losing fats in the other body parts. Make a habit of cooking your food in less oil. Avoid overeating or over-consumption of calories. Your meals should include foods that burn fats, for example, apples, citrus fruits, chilies, pulses, cinnamon, cucumbers, ginger, asparagus, and tomatoes. Including home-made food in your diet can help control the daily calorie intake.

Include Whole Grains in Your Diet
One of the best way to lose stomach fat is adding adequate amounts of whole grain foods in the diet plan, rather than consuming refined grains. Studies have been conducted on people who consumed the same diet, but with different grain servings. In one group whole grains were given with fruits, vegetables and other food items; whereas the same diet with refined grains was served in another group. The outcome is that participants consuming whole grains lose belly fat more than the others.

Change Eating Habits
In addition to the foods that are included in the diet plan, what is equally important is the timing and frequency of eating. No doubt, serving a large meal at a time is the key factor for gaining excess fat. The logic behind this is that the body does not get time to covert the fats into energy. In order to avoid such a condition, you can consume less servings frequently. Instead of 2 large meals, you can have 4-5 smaller meals per day. This will speed up your metabolism. Your body will burn more calories and store less fat. Having 4-5 meals during a day will keep you satiated and help you stay away from junk food. Reduce the intake of sugar, sugary drinks and alcoholic drinks. Incorporate low glycemic fruits and vegetables, nuts, lean protein foods, whole grain cereals, beans, legumes, fish, low-fat versions of dairy products and small amounts of healthy fats (like olive oil) in your regular diet. Drink lots of water, at least 8 to 10 glasses, in a day. Water is essential for the health of the cells. It aids in digestion. It works as a detoxifying agent and as an appetite suppressant. Do not skip your meals and have a heavy breakfast.

Exercise to Lose Stomach Fat
And in contrast to many people's views about removing stomach fat, spot exercise is not effective for getting rid of belly fats. Even if you perform several rounds of crunches or abdominal exercise daily, you are not going to flatten your stomach. Nevertheless, you can strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles with spot exercise. While speaking about the exercises to lose belly fat, performing moderate physical activities for about 45-50 minutes, 4 to 6 times a week, is sufficient to effectively remove fat from stomach. The more time you indulge on rigorous cardio exercise (like brisk walking, cycling, running, jogging, etc.) and aerobic exercise, the faster you will lose belly fats. Remember, skipping a few days in between will only mean you start all over again. You can increase the duration and intensity of the exercise gradually, as your stamina increases. Do not forget to perform 5-10 minutes warm-up exercises before you begin with your exercise regime

Be active and avoid use of locomotives for short distances. Prefer taking the stairs instead of using the elevator. Walk as much as you can and avoid driving your vehicle for short distances. Avoid late night dinners and heavy food at night. You should enjoy your dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed. There are certain lifestyle changes that can indirectly help you to lose tummy fat. Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol. Stop smoking and avoid taking too many medications. You should stay away from all those things which lead to hormone imbalance and obesity. Yoga, meditation, music, leisurely walk, sports activities, vacations, sufficient sleep, etc. help lower stress, an unavoidable factor of modern life. Excessive stress can result in hormonal imbalance and obesity. So, leading a stress-free lifestyle is important, if you want to shed those extra pounds.

In the last but not the least, the best way to lose belly fat is to follow the above tips from today itself. Many times, we tend to postpone things until the day comes, when it is too late to correct. Be patient and inculcate healthy lifestyle changes to lose stomach fats effectively. Losing stomach fats not only improves your appearance and general health, but you will also become more confident with yourself

Many of us who wonder how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks often forget this fundamental rule because we have become conditioned to the routine of 3 meals a day. And in addition to the above, drinking 8 glasses of water and getting sound sleep of 7 hours everyday will improve the effectiveness of the new exercise and diet routine. All these measures have to be followed with consistency and require a lot of discipline. They have to be practiced everyday for 2 weeks, and then there will be results for all to see. Stick to a healthy weight loss program, drink more water throughout the day, and take multivitamins. To lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks requires a strong commitment, mentally and physically. There are many other ways to lose 10 pounds in such a short duration, but they include crash diets. Crash dieting is, altogether, an unhealthy practice and not at all the best way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks! These types of unhealthy diets and weight loss programs should not be followed as they don't provide any positive results for you or your body. You may think you have lost weight for good, but all you end up losing is water weight, which will return quicker than you imagine.

During yesterday’s close and heated Michigan Republican Primary for President, Rick Santorum’s campaign ran a RoboCall program “asking Democrats to vote for him in the Republican Primary". This action is clearly an act of desperation and also a hostile act upon the Party he seeks to nominate him for President.

Any Republican who calls upon the Michigan Democrats, made up heavily of Obama’s Government Motors GM-UAW membership, to vote in a Republican Primary is clearly not deserving of Republican nomination for anything, no less President!

The Virginia Legislature just addressed and then let stand the Open Primary Process. A major reason not to adopt a Party Enrollment System was that “it’s never really been abused”. Hello! Santorum is now the Poster Boy of such abuse and if he were on the Primary ballet in Virginia next Tuesday there’s every reason to believe he would abuse the system here also.

LCD thermometer

In this page, I introduce the LCD thermometer 



At this thermometer, the IC thermo sensor (S8100) or the diode (1S1588) is used as the thermo sensor. When using the IC thermo sensor, the thermometry to +100°C from -40°C is possible. Also, when using the diode, the measurement to +150°C from -20°C is possible. Both sensors are contained in the kit.This time, I used the diode as the thermo sensor to measure more than +100°C.ICL7136 of Intersil (Harris) is used for the thermometer and is measuring the change of the forward direction minute voltages of the diode by the temperature. The 3-1/2 digits liquid crystal display (SP521PR) is used for the display. The most significant digit can display only "1".The consumption electric power of ICL7136 is very small and it is possible to operate about 3 months continuously with the 9-V cell.The main parts are contained in the kit. The plastic case and the cell are contained. But, there is not a connection cable of the sensor.

IC for the voltage measurement (ICL7136)



The ICL7136 is the IC for the analog/digital converter. This is the IC to display the analog voltage in the digital.
The IC to be using this time is the DIP of the 40 pins.
The voltage to ±200mV or ±2V can be measured in few errors.




 Liquid crystal display (SP521PR)



This is the TN(Twisted Nematic)-type liquid crystal display.
It is possible to 4 digits display but the display of the maximum figure is only "1".
It isn't possible to work continuously in the direct current. However, when applying the about 5-V DC voltage between the backplane (common) and the terminal, the color of the segment which corresponds can be temporarily changed to the black. With this, the correspondence of the terminal and the display segment can be confirmed.
When using the 5-V power supply, the resistor as much as 10K-ohm must be put in series to prevent from big electric current's flowing in case of the short circuit.
The specification of SP521PR to be using this time is as follows.
    The letter height : 12.7 mm
    The maximum applied voltage : 10 V
    The operating temperature : -10 to 55°C
    The storage temperature : -20 to 60°C



IC socket


This socket is used to install ICL7136 and the liquid crystal display.
It is the socket for the DIP of the 40 pins. The socket to use for the liquid crystal display cuts off either side to make the interval of the pin line wide.
In case of the socket for ICL7136, the parts are installed inside the socket. So, when there are the supports in the socket, they must be removed.



Diode for the temperature sensor (1S1588)


This is the diode to use as the temperature sensor. The original use of this diode is the diode for the switching. The one of the other name can use for the temperature sensor if being the silicon diode.
But, the mold type doesn't suit because it is difficult for the temperature change to spread through the joint immediately.
The transistor can be used instead of the diode. It connects the base with the collector and it uses the part of the connection between the base and the emitter for the temperature sensor. The use example is mentioned to the manual of ICL7136. When using the transistor for the temperature sensor, the type which is stored in the metallic case suits.
The lead wires of the diode are insulated with the tubes that the heat can be endured(the glass fiber tube so on). And, the shielded wire is used for the connection with the thermometer.


Potentiometer


These potentiometers are used for the zero adjustment and the scale adjustment. Because it changes the resistance value by the pitch of the screw, the resistance value can be changed in detail.








Resistor


As for the resistors which are contained in the kit, the resistors of 1% of the tolerance are used.
As the thermometer, the accuracy with the resistance value isn't too necessary. However, because it handles the minute voltage, there is possibility that the resistance value change by the temperature has an influence on the measurement error.





Multilayer ceramic capacitor


This capacitor is used for the high frequency bypass of the power supply. Because it is for the high frequency bypass, the multilayer ceramic capacitor with the good high frequency characteristic is used.








Film capacitor


These capacitors are the capacitors which are used for the input voltage measurement, the reference voltage setting and so on of the ICL7136.
The polyester film capacitors are used.
Because it influences the precision of the measurement, it is better to use the capacitor which few changes of the capacity by the temperature. Also, it is better to use the small size one because the place to install is narrow.






Ceramic capacitor


This capacitor is used for the clock generator of ICL7136. To make oscillate at the frequency of about 50 KHz, the ceramic capacitor with the good high frequency characteristic is used.









Printed board


This is the printed board which is attached to the kit. Because the print pattern is already made, you solder the parts only to the fixed position and can make the thermometer.

When using the diode sensor, the resistor (R4) to control the electric current of the diode is necessary. As for the pattern of the printed board, the mounting of this resistor isn't considered. The solder resist (the green paint) is painted the mounting position of R4 which is mentioned to the pattern drawing. The solder resist in the part must be scraped off with the cutter knife and so on before mounting the resistor.


Shielded wire


This wire is used to connect the diode temperature sensor and the thermometer. The input impedance of ICL7136 is very high and is easily influenced by the noise signal from outside. So, it makes the influence little by the shielded wire
I used the shielded wire of the 2 wires which were at hand, but it is OK in the shielded wire of the single wire.

Wiring terminal



This terminal is used to connect the wire of the temperature sensor and the power supply.
This part isn't contained in the kit.






Stud


The pattern of the printed board is pictured near the hole for the fixation. There is a gravity which touches the circuit when using the metallic stud. Therefore, I used mold-type stud.
Instead of stud, the plastic spacer can be used. Also, the insulation-type washer can be used, too.
