Are not unusual temperatures in earths recent natural variations; and there are many benefits to the current level of temperatures compared to the cool period of 1940 to 1975; and the cold period of the little ice age that ended in 1750 (just in time for the American Revolution; albeit it was still very cold at Valley Forge).

Rodney Nichols, former president and CEO of the New York Academy of Sciences;
Burt Rutan, aerospace engineer, designer of Voyager and SpaceShipOne;
Harrison H. Schmitt, Apollo 17 astronaut and former U.S. senator;
Nir Shaviv, professor of astrophysics, Hebrew University, Jerusalem;
Henk Tennekes, former director, Royal Dutch Meteorological Service;
Antonio Zichichi, president of the World Federation of Scientists, Geneva.
